NOKUT approves foreign higher education. This approval is a general recognition that shows how the foreign education is comparable to Norwegian higher education.
NOKUT also has an information centre (INVIA) that provides information on other schemes for authentication and authorization based on foreign education.
In addition, we are the national ENIC/NARIC office and can provide advice to Norwegian institutions, employers and others who need information on foreign education.
